Ikenna Wosu is the Engagement and Mobilization intern at the ACLU of Maryland. His primary responsibilities include supporting coalitions and monitoring important legislation that provides adequate educational resources for those from underserved and underrepresented communities in Maryland. He assists the Engagement and Mobilization department by supporting grassroots communities and advocacy organizations in the state to ensure education policies and adequate funding to combat racial disparities in school districts with low income. Ikenna earned his Bachelor of Social Work from Coppin State University and is currently attending graduate school at the University of Maryland where he is double majoring in Social Work and Public Policy.
