Roland Daniels is an African American Howard County resident and longtime board member of the ACLU of Maryland. He is a founder of the Maryland Justice Policy Institute and has a strong interest in criminal justice issues. He has extensive experience in community advocacy, particularly related to health care and corrections, and he was the Director of Community Outreach at the Urban Health Institute for over a decade.
