See this chart, illustrating the impact of Governor Hogan's budget on school districts statewide for School Year 2015-16, Baltimore City loses $23 million. Queen Anne's, Kent, Frederick, Cecil, Calvert, and Carroll counties also see an overall decrease in eudcation from the previous school year. We are beginning to see the impact that these cuts will have on the classroom.
