BALTIMORE - Today, the ACLU of Maryland sent a letter to Baltimore City Police Commissioner Anthony Batts concerning BPD's electronic control weapon (Taser) policies in the wake of George W. King's death. The ACLU letter provides feedback on what we understand may be a revision of those policies currently underway.
