"The ACLU is raising transparency red flags about a Baltimore Police Department's Internal Review Board meeting tomorrow where discussion of the controversial Harlem Park police action - and other matters of public concern - will be held in closed session. Command decisions about how Baltimore Police responded to Det. Suiter's death have generated a huge amount of public controversy. If the public is to have any confidence in the IRB's review, it must be conducted in public, transparently, as the Police Commissioner himself has repeatedly pledged."
