Tatiana Santos joins the ACLU Maryland Board of Directors bringing over 15 years of experience bridging corporate operational excellence with deep community advocacy. As a strategic HR leader and former Senior HR Program Manager at PNC Bank, she has spent over a decade leading high-performing teams, navigating complex regulatory environments, and designing equitable, data-driven organizational systems. Alongside her corporate career, Tatiana is a dedicated grassroots organizer in Maryland, serving as the Founder of Indivisible Frederick Forward and Co-Founder of the Western Maryland Immigrant Rights Collective.
Her expertise in project management, relational leadership, and coalition-building is rooted in a strong commitment to racial, social, and economic justice. Tatiana holds an M.P.S. in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Penn State University and a B.A. from Hood College. When she's not organizing or strategizing, you can find Tatiana seeking out her next great travel adventure—which previously included snowmobiling on a glacier in Iceland and bungee jumping in Canada.
