David Fetter

Administrative Volunteer

Born in Washington DC, David played the trombone in the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra for 16 years and was a staff member at the Peabody Conservatory for 20 years. He is also a composer and he sings solo classical art song and Renaissance choral music in his old age. For ten years he conducted the Ellicott City Trombone Choir. In retirement, he has been a volunteer at the ACLU of Maryland since 2013, where he monitors public inquiry and otherwise assists as needed. He is happy to have a minor role in a tightly coordinated, highly effective organization that addresses fundamental human issues.
