David Manning is currently the Operations Program Manager at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Washington, DC, the National Headquarters of the nation's largest Muslim civil rights & advocacy organization. As part of his work, he manages CAIR's internship program and takes great pride in being at the forefront of CAIR's youth development and other important advocacy work.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science & International Affairs from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Masters in International Affairs with a focus in International Development from the American University School of International Service. He is passionate about protecting the rights of religious and ethnic minorities, enhancing voting rights for all Americans, and preserving 1st amendment free speech rights.

He currently resides in Montgomery County with his wife but originates from Boston, Massachusetts.
