Rebecca Phillips is a Donor Relations Officer at the ACLU of Maryland. She has dedicated her career to serving others. Most recently, she applied her skills as a National Fundraising Consultant, helping Democratic candidates navigate the complexities of fundraising. Prior to this, she served as Chief of Staff for Councilwoman Phylicia Porter, District 10. Rebecca has also contributed her efforts to high-profile campaigns, including a meaningful stint as Deputy Political Director for Biden For America in New Hampshire. Her early career saw her working for Associated Black Charities and Fight for $15.

Beyond her professional roles, Rebecca commits herself to her community, serving on the boards of Blue Water Baltimore, Emerge Maryland, and an avid volunteer for Black Girls Vote. Rebecca was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and she enjoys spending her free time at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium, where she watches the Orioles and Ravens games with her friends and family.
