ACLU Files Federal Complaint Against Frederick County Sheriff
The 287(g) agreement with ICE in Frederick County must end. In July, the ACLU of Maryland joined the national ACLU to file a federal administrative complaint calling on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to investigate the Frederick County Sheriff, Charles Jenkins.
