We write on behalf of Hagerstown Rapid Response, the Washington County Branch of the NAACP, and the ACLU of Maryland to express our profound concern about the impacts of DHS’s rushed plan to convert an empty warehouse at 16220 Wright Road in Williamsport, MD, into a detention camp housing thousands of people each week, beginning next month.
