Carla Paisley is the Executive Director of a Baltimore City Community Development Corporation. She is also a multi-state and internationally licensed Social Worker and private psychotherapist. Her work in community development has enabled her to serve as an advocate, interpreter, liaison, facilitator, and leader. Her work as a private clinician keeps her well connected to the immediate and long-term needs of individuals and families seeking strength-based therapeutic intervention and culturally sensitive care. Carla is an active Baltimore resident and is passionate about the city arts landscape, access to informed mental health care and raising a generation of culturally aware young adults who are empowered to further the reach of social justice and equality.
