Bio
Lynne Durbin is a semi-retired attorney who currently consults on business and risk issues. She is a former senior business executive in international public and private manufacturing companies and has over thirty years of diverse business and legal experience.
She has extensive non-profit board experience, having served on and chaired multiple boards including Planned Parenthood of Maryland, the Women’s Law Center of Maryland, Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, Executive Alliance, The Leaderboard, The Association of Corporate Counsel—Baltimore, Baltimore Center Stage and the Maryland State Supplemental Retirement Plans, among others. She was most recently elected to the board of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
She is passionate about the rule of law, advancing the legal rights of women and advancing women into the C-suite and onto corporate boards.
Lynne is married and lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, J-F Mergen. She has an adult son who also lives in Baltimore.
