CJSJ Community Town Hall

October 28, 2021 @ 6:30 pm
@ 8:30 pm

Join community members across Baltimore City in pushing police reform efforts forward, and continue building collective power towards real change for our city!

The Campaign for Justice, Safety, and Jobs (CJSJ) has been working hard to hold police accountable and reimagine public safety. As we gear up for the 2022 Maryland General Assembly session and continue pushing for local control of the Baltimore City Police Department, it's important that our work be community-focused and center the voices of those most impacted.

CJSJ is hosting a virtual community town hall where we will hear updates on the local control campaign as well as the campaign to divest money from the police department and reinvest it in our communities. The town hall will also have action breakout groups and a panel discussion.

Join CJSJ for:

  • A panel discussion
  • Update on the state of local control and the movement to divest dollars from the Baltimore City Police Department
  • Action breakout groups
