Report

On October 30th, the Baltimore Regional Housing Campaign, which includes the ACLU of Maryland, and the national Poverty Race Research Action Council released, "New Homes, New Neighborhoods, New Schools: A Progress Report on the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program" at a forum held at the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

The report combines the latest survey data from ACLU's clients in our landmark public housing desegregation case, Thompson v. HUD, along with information on health and school quality, and individual stories to portray both the successes and challenges overcome by families in the program.
